We accept SQL dumps (.sql), CSV, JSON, BSON (MongoDB), and binary dumps from most major databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, and MongoDB. If you’re unsure about your format, contact us before uploading.
Dump file imports typically complete within a few hours. OCI pull migrations under 6 GB usually complete within 24 hours. Larger paid migrations are scoped during the quote process and given an estimated timeline upfront.
No. All migrations are read-only from your source system. For OCI pulls, we only require read access credentials. Your source environment continues running normally throughout the process.
We’ll provide a custom quote based on the excess data volume. In some cases, data can be split into a free tier and a paid top-up — our team will advise the most cost-effective approach for your situation.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. For OCI pull migrations, credentials are used solely for the migration period and are revoked from our systems once the job completes. We do not store or access your source data beyond what is needed to complete the import.
