text-transform: none;\"><p><strong>1.<\/strong> Caso os servi\u00e7os de rede n\u00e3o estejam dispon\u00edveis, voc\u00ea deve enviar um pedido de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ao nosso departamento de suporte e fornecer os detalhes necess\u00e1rios sobre o incidente.<\/p><p><strong>2.<\/strong> Uma reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o de SLA (Acordo de N\u00edvel de Servi\u00e7o) v\u00e1lida resultar\u00e1 na quantia apropriada de cr\u00e9dito, conforme calculado acima, que ser\u00e1 emitida em pr\u00f3xima fatura.<\/p><p><strong>3.<\/strong> Disponibilidade (ou Uptime) \u00e9 definido como os servi\u00e7os de rede que est\u00e3o ativos e dispon\u00edveis e n\u00e3o se estendem a nenhum software ou servi\u00e7o espec\u00edfico, a menos que seja declarado o contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p><strong>4.<\/strong> O tempo usado na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o programada n\u00e3o conta como \u201ctempo de
