Privacy Policy

    MaxApex [the Company] is committed to ensuring complete protection and privacy of any data shared by our customers. The Privacy Policy [the Policy] pertains to all kinds of information provided by the customers to, or collected by, the Company.

    1. Collection of Information

    1.1 The Company collects certain information relating to the customers including, but not limited to:
    • Name
    • Contact Address
    • Contact Number
    • Location
    • Billing Information
    The Company may also collect information relating to your computer hardware and software. This may include service usage, IP address, browser type, access types, domain names, and referring web addresses. These information are used by the Company to maintain or improve quality of service, and to gain general information regarding use of services provided by the Company.
    1.2 Note that the Company is not responsible for any disclosure of information through the Company’s public message boards that may be seen by others. The Company is also not responsible for any information gathered about the customers by third parties using online services and tools.

    2. Domain Name Registration Information

    2.1 In accordance with the provisions of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”), certain information regarding the domain name information has to be available to the public. The information can be accessed by any person using “WHO IS” queries. WHOIS is a database containing lists of domain name and contact information regarding the registrant including, but not limited to, the server name, domain name creation date, expiry period, and others. In some cases you may receive solicitation email from users that obtain contact information gathered from WHOIS database. The Company is not responsible, in any way, for any SPAM or other solicitation email sent by a third party.
    2.2 The Company is required to disclose WHOIS information to a third party that enters into bulk access agreement. ICANN provisions allow individuals to opt out of making their information available in the WHOIS database to third parties through bulk access. However, ICANN do not allow companies, and other similar organizations, to opt out of making the information available to a third party through bulk access.
    2.3 The Company discloses customer information to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on the Company’s behalf or to provide services available to the Company customers, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of the employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of the home country of the Company. By using the Company’s products and services, you agree to the transfer of such information to them.
    2.4 The Company will not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone. The Company will disclose personally identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request.
    2.5 The Company agree to take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally-identifying information.

    3. Online Cookies

    3.1 A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The Company uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of the Company’s website, and their website access preferences.

    4. Changes in Privacy Policy

    4.1 Although changes in the Policy are likely to be minor, the Company may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice, and in the Company’s sole discretion. The Company will post changes to its Privacy Policy directly on this page and also email the customers regarding changes in the Policy. Your continued use of the Company’s services after any change is made in the Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
